Our Legacy
Our journey began with D’Arcy Iseke's purchase of Johnson’s Meats in 1991, delivering exceptional retail meats to St. Albert and the surrounding area until his retirement in June 2009. Carrying forward this legacy, Kyle Iseke, D’Arcy’s son, has continued the family tradition, overseeing the butcher shop and ensuring the finest quality of Alberta products.
Our Commitment
We take pride in crafting top-choice Alberta products, from sausages and pepperoni to bacon and jerky, all made from scratch. Our dedication to exceptional customer service and the art of traditional meat-cutting has sustained us in a world where such craft is rare.
Our Story
Kyle Iseke, a N.A.I.T. graduate in Meat-Cutting, transitioned from learning the trade alongside his father to taking over D'Arcy’s Meat Market Ltd. in 2009. Witnessing substantial growth, the expansion of our St. Albert location in 2015 speaks volumes about our commitment to serving you better.
Adding another feather to our cap, the acquisition of Buffalo Valley Variety Meats in Edmonton in October 2020 paved the way for a second location, broadening our reach to the South Edmonton area.
