DaVinci Gelato manufactures artisan Italian gelato completely from scratch, without the use of any industrial bases, concentrates, artificial aromas or ingredients.
All gelato is made from natural and pure ingredients. For example we make our own Vanilla paste in house from whole Vanilla beans, we use real Callebaut chocolate, real pistachios, fresh fruit etc.
Owner Yvonne Irnich has learnt her trade 30 years ago in Germany from Italian and German gelato makers. And this is still the way we make our gelato until today.
With over 155 flavors created so far, the sky is the limit. Yvonne’s specialty is creating new flavors according to Chef’s ideas and to come up with new flavor combinations. Every flavor is made from scratch, perfectly balanced with flavor and texture.
DaVinci Gelato can be found at over 200 locations across Canada, in food service like Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria, Sorrentino’s restaurants and retail stores like Sobeys, Safeway, Freson Bros and many independent retailers.
