During our home program it can be a bit harder to get some photos. But that won't stop me from giving s shout out to Barry. I know he misses the studio visits and we miss seeing him as well. But keep going Barry your doing great 20lb lighter is fantastic

So proud of Billie. She's a front line worker, handling stress and crazy busy at the hospital. Yet she is still killing her program working it from home. She keeps in touch, is coachable and follows the plan. This is the out come 15 lbs gone forever

Monday morning and Ewyn St. Albert team is on fire. What a great weekend our clients had
Cheryl's attitude with everything she went through since joining has been incredible A positive attitude goes along way Cheryl says "I was not sure I could stick to something like this, especially right after being told to come off of Gluten to help my health, to be able to do 2 things and adapt my life to adjust both gluten and weight loss has been a feat I never seen possible, because of the love and support from Ewyn I am finally down this... more
