We had a technician at our door in less than an hour after we made the call. We had to have a new hot water tank installed. Our technician, Alan Gettle, was courteous, friendly and thorough and explained everything from purchase and installation to after-install instruction. We were very pleased with the service overall.

It was necessary to have a replacement thermostat installed as the previous one no longer worked. Very pleased with Aaron who arrived on time and who made suggestions as to replacing previous wiring from the thermostat to the furnace. He was very courteous and willing to answer
any questions I had.
I would definitely recommend this company and Aaron to anyone who aks!

Quinton was right on time and smiling as usual! He took care of the minor recall fix on our heat pump quickly and confidently and had our system working perfectly. I am very impressed by the professionalism and quick response by the whole A1 team including the office staff and owner Curtis. Best choice I’ve made was to use A1 for my new Daikin furnace and heat pump earlier this year

A-1 called me with an earlier opening than was originally booked. Very impressed with the service provided by Conroy today to restore heat to my overhead radiant garage heater. He was professional and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing the issue and rectifying it. I would definitely use this company again snd don’t hesitate to recommend their services.

We have dealt with Alan before, and have been very pleased. This time he looked after doing furnace.maintenance for winter and worked on a problem with our shower drain. Alan is always prompt, explains everything thoroughly, is meticulous about his work, and cleans up very well when finished. I have been asking for him when booking, since I am satisfied that he will do a good job.

Team Lead Tim C, and his team including Leo, Dong and Brian from A-1 Heating St. Albert provided superior customer service installing both a new furnace and hot water tank. The staff were all extremely professional, polite, communicated well before, during and after the installation process ensuring all my questions were answered. Tim ensured I knew how to use the new temperature control system confidently. The team left the area clean and in order. In addition, a great touch is the advance email about who the tech would be and a little bio. Pricing is reasonable and the professionalism of the staff exceptional. I highly recommend this team and company.

Was very satisfied with the fact that we were kept informed by email about who the tech was and a little bio about him. Also when he was on his way. It was as promised. And we received a very prompt reply about a question we had as a follow up. He also explained what he was fixing and showed me the damaged part that needed replacing. Also was good with dogs.

My hot water tank was leaking and I called, a person actually answered instead of a machine, big plus, and she set up a service call for first thing the next morning, greatly appreciated. Tim and his partner arrived right on time and were pleasant, helpful and respectful of the house using mats to protect the floor etc They installed a new tank and answered any questions I had. Everything went so smoothly and I was kept up to date on arrival times etc - will definitely be my go to for any plumbing or furnace needs. Wish other service companies operated like you do. Thank you.

Before he left he gave us excellent advice on how to maximize our A/C by adjusting our vents' air flow, getting the most out of our unit this summer. Would highly recommended A1 Heating! Quinton Zaborski was our technician . He was a very nice polite and knowledgeable technician.He worked very fast and he was good in explaining what's going on . The customer service person was also very quick in responding our concern. Great furnace installation and we are happy with it. Guys were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Estimate guy was also great. One slight oversight though...they forgot to turn our water heater back on! We washed some dishes after supper and ran the dishwasher, then my husband went to have a shower later in the night and there was no hot water. We were able to figure it out ourselves but please make sure it's on your checklist after the job is done.

After my husband placed the call about our furnace breaking down on a very chilly cold morning, -30 temperature, A-1 Heating was here immediately to install a new furnace.

Brad came to our home and did a great job promoting A1 and their services.
We replaced our Furnace, Central AC and the Water heater. The job was done a few days after our initial meeting. Their install Tech, Alan, did an excellent job through the entire installation. Very thorough, organized and kept me up to date through the whole process.
Very happy with our decision to use A1 for this project.

The service tech, Quentin, was such a pleasant young man to deal with. He answered all of my questions. There isn't actually anything wrong with the unit. The problem lies with the building having no drainage system for the condensation. Thank you!

Decided to go with A1 to replace old HVAC system. I liked how they handled my questions from quote through installation. I'm happy with how the install went and the installation team was really easy to deal. I was able to pick a date/time to fit my schedule. No issues so far. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new HVAC system.

Had our furnace and air conditioner replaced. They started on the hottest day this summer and worked like dogs to get our ac working for that evening.
Nolen and his apprentice(s) did a fantastic job. Very neat/clean and picky…all characteristics I appreciate in anyone who does work in our house.

We had them install a hot water heater & furnace. They were punctual, completed the job with no distractions, answered all our questions and left our place neat.
