Welcome, mamas! Motherhood is an incredible journey, and CrossFit Seven is here to support you every step of the way. Our Mom & Me Strong program is a specialized postnatal fitness class designed to help you reconnect with your body, regain strength, and feel confident after childbirth.


More than just a workout, Mom & Me Strong offers a supportive space for new moms to:

  • Rebuild Core Strength: Safely and gradually strengthen your core muscles, essential for postpartum recovery and overall well-being.

  • Restore Pelvic Floor Function: Learn targeted exercises to promote pelvic floor health and prevent future complications.

  • Improve Hip & Glute Strength: Enhance your posture, reduce aches and pains, and gain overall strength for motherhood's everyday demands.

  • Bond with Your Baby: Bring your little one along! We offer a safe and playful environment where you can exercise and connect with your baby simultaneously.

  • Find a Supportive Community: Connect with other moms facing similar challenges and celebrate each other's victories on the road to recovery.

Monday & Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
