What makes our meal prep/delivery a safer option?
This is the perfect way to have healthy, delicious meals prepared and delivered. Avoid the stress of congested shopping centers. All the ingredients you need will be in the food packages.
1. AVOID SHOPPING CONGESTION We prepare your food in a controlled Kitchen, with a minimal staff (7 devoted staff members prepare your meals from fresh ingredients). The entire staff is vigilant in following stringent health and safety practices.
2. COOKING AT HOME IS A SAFER OPTION: Our meals are cooked in YOUR kitchen - meaning that cooking temperatures within your own home make your food safer than ordering delivery of precooked meals from a restaurant.
3. YOU CAN FREEZE OUR MEAL KITS = ADDED LAYER OF PROTECTION All meals can be frozen, once again creating an added layer of safety...and keeping you organized with healthy menu choices available. This service will allow you the peace of mind that you are well prepared during these challenging times, and will help you comply with the plea to stay home.
4. STAY HOME = FREE DELIVERY (ORDERS OF 9+ meal) We are committed to minimized contact - we will practice social distancing. We will call when we arrive, and leave your food at the door.
5. PICKUP WITH NO NEED FOR SOCIAL CONTACT: You can call the store upon arrival and we can hand off your box of food or we can put the box in the back of your vehicle ... you can order as few as two or three meals - we will have them ready for pickup and you will not have to worry about dealing with crowds.
6. SAFE FOOD HANDLING PRACTICES: Our store has received exceptional compliance ratings from Alberta Health Inspection for over nine years. Every food item that comes through the door is disinfected, each meal is prepared by one staff member (wearing gloves), never is there a condition of dozens of hands in contact with your food.
Over the coming weeks amid COVID-19, our commitment to provide you meals will continue, however we will be reducing our hours significantly, attempting to comply with the Health Officials request for everyone to stay home. Hours of operation will be based on orders needing to be filled.

FREE DELIVERY of 9+ meals is available throughout St Albert and Edmonton. If you are further away -give us a call and we will try to accommodate requests for delivery.
