On December 1, we celebrated two incredible years since we first opened the doors at CrossFit Seven! It has been an unforgettable journey filled with sweat, strength, and smiles.
To all of our members—past and present—you've been the heart and soul of this vibrant community. Your dedication, energy, and trust in us to be part of your fitness journey mean more than we can express.

Dave and I are so grateful for every person who has walked through our doors, crushed their goals, and contributed to making this space so special. Helping you pursue health, fitness, and a better quality of life has been the most rewarding part of this journey.
Here's to the memories we've created, the milestones we've achieved, and the exciting year ahead! We can't wait to see what's next for this amazing community.

Mark Your Calendars!

CrossFit Seven is excited to host The Standard: A 24-Hour Rowing Challenge presented by Rogue on Saturday, December 21st at 7:00 AM, wrapping up on Sunday, December 22nd at 7:00 AM!

This incredible endurance event is all about pushing limits and coming together as a community. Teams will take turns rowing to keep the meters going for the entire 24 hours.

💪 Last Year's Success:
Dave, Jordan, and Natalie crushed it, placing 3rd out of 12 teams in the Teams of Three Division! Let's build on that momentum and make this year even bigger.

Team Options:

1) Teams of 2, 3, or 4

2) Open to all fitness levels—whether you're rowing for distance, fun, or the challenge!
