Dynamyx Gymnastics offers a variety of gymnastics programs for a wide variety of age groups and skill levels!
Cangym Program - 6 year and up
Canygym Program Purpose: CANGYM is Canada's National Skill Development Program. It was created by coaches, to be used in recreational gymnastics programs for participants of all ages. The programs are developed to allow each child to progress at his or her own pace.Bronze Levels - Burgundy, Red, Tan, Bronze
Class length:1 hour
Silver Levels - Purple, Blue, Turquoise, Silver
Class Length:1.5 hour
Gold Levels - Yellow, Orange, Green, Gold
Class Length: 1.5 hour
Purpose: Badge levels are used as a tool for coaches to monitor and evaluate progressions: however, our main focus is to provide a program that allows any child to experience and enjoy the sport of gymnastics. Programs are for co-ed and all boys classes for ages 6 years and up. The all boys classes are introduced to the men's equipment as well as bars and vault.
