Age Range: 15-23 months old
Parented Class
Duration: 45 minutes
This parent and tot class is ideal for children brand new to gymnastics. This class requires a parent or supervising adult to participate for the duration of the class. During the session participants will be introduced to some of the fundamental skills of gymnastics such as landings, locomotions, turning, rolling, balancing, supports and hangs. Participants will also work on developing gross and fine motor skills.
Caterpillars
Age Range: 2-3 years old
Parented Class
Duration: 60 minutes
This parent and tot class is ideal for children new to gymnastics or for gymnasts who have completed Inchworms. This class requires a parent or supervising adult to participate for the class. At this level, students will be introduced to more intricate and physically demanding circuits and activities.
During the session participants will be building on some of the fundamental skills of gymnastics such as landings, locomotions, turning, rolling, balancing, supports and hangs. Participants will also work on developing gross and fine motor skills.
