Aerosculpt: Sculpt Your Way to Relief
Aerosculpt fitness classes offer an exhilarating interval workout that's designed to sculpt your body while promoting pain relief. Each session incorporates a 30-minute yoga stretch and release, ensuring a holistic approach to wellness.

What to expect:
- A total body workout fusing fitness and yoga.
- Interval training: A blend of low- to high-intensity exercises with strategic rest intervals.
- A combination of resistance, strength, core training, and the serenity of yoga.

Class Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday Mornings / 9:15am - 10:45am

Weights and resistance bands are provided, but please bring your own mats.

Restorative Hatha Yoga: Find Stillness, Relieve Pain
Our Restorative Hatha Yoga class employs gentle breathing techniques, props, and extended passive yoga poses to guide your body toward tranquility and self-healing.

What to expect:
- Stress reduction.
- Reenergizing the body.
- Effective pain management.

Monday Afternoons / 2:00pm - 3:00pm
