OMG! Cupcakes is hiring a customer service team member!
The ideal candidate is RELIABLE, personable, friendly, upbeat, works well alone and in a small team, loves to work in a fast pace environment, but can handle slow times as well. Can lift 30+lbs and must have excellent organization skills
Duties include but are and not limited too: -Serving customers -Taking and filling Phone in and Online Orders -General Cleaning -Opening and Closing the Bakery -Assisting in the kitchen with clean up - Assisting in decorating of cupcakes and cookies
Customer Service experience is required but baking and decorating experience not required but general interest would be ideal.
This position is a permanent full time position. Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
