Rich is a professional and highly skilled hair colorist. I left it to him every time to decide which color suits my complexion and hair texture. I never had issue turning my hair into an awful shade after being colored for months. He uses the best products and does not cheap out on his application. His staff are all friendly. The ambiance in the salon is relaxing - although it is full every time I am there. I drive almost two hours to see him and i don't mind because I love the result.
