What is an aerobic workout?

Aerobic denotes ‘with oxygen’, thus aerobic workouts involve cardiovascular conditioning. The Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada recommends adults attain 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous aerobic exercise each week.
