What is Empress 1908 Gin?

Empress 1908 Gin is manufactured by Victoria Distillers having drawn inspiration from the famous Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, British Columbia. This gin is handcrafted in small-batch copper-pot stills using traditional botanicals. Empress takes things a step further however by adding a signature blend of black tea that is served at the Empress Hotel! Add to this some butterfly pea blossom and this gin takes on a  natural indigo colour.
