Arnel and Rolo! Yesterday I, a 75 year old white woman, went to the Lounge and underwent a threading operation. How amazing it was! Arnel had alot of scar tissue to work through from my past facelifts but with much patience, diligence and really no pain, he got his needles and threads in and out! Rolo, acting as Assistant to Arnel, made everything alot lighter and happier. The two of them work as a team sharing their knowledge. Great! This thread procedure seems almost as effective as a lower facelift. Rolo has posted the fotos which show the difference before and after. I am enthralled!

I went to this wonderful place on a Sunday afternoon, and I was so impressed with the warm and inviting welcome I received when I walked through the door! There is a professional yet relaxed vibe in this space (complete with treats and snacks!). The BEST part was meeting Arnel - I had heard that he is "the BEST in the business", and he did not disappoint! He is extremely personable, and though he was very busy, he never made me feel that he was rushed. He took the time to discuss my needs, and address any of my concerns. He proceeded to give me exactly what I hoped for, and added some of his expertise to arrive at an amazing transformation for my face! I feel great! I look noticeably better, which makes me feel noticeably better!! Thank you so much Arnel and The Lounge for a fantastic experience, and even better treatment results!! See you soon!
