I recently received a massage by Teri Dawson at Urban Wellness in St Albert, I found Teri to be courteous, friendly, and professional. She immediately put me at ease by explaining the procedures. I am a long distance runner and recently incurred an IT Band injury. By the end of the session Teri had totally relieved the discomfort and during the massage explained what she was doing to alleviate the problem. Teri advised that she also does hot cupping which I intend to take advantage of. I have recommended her to other members of the running community.
