Sleep Apnea could be hereditary. Having type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, an endocrine or metabolic disorder there is a significant chance you may also have Obstructive Sleep Apnea. If you have a family member that has been diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea, it could increase your chance of having Sleep Apnea as well. 😴
