Free Library Membership:
Access our amazing collection and services with a free library card! Residents of St. Albert have two ways to sign up:
- In Person: Visit the Member Services Desk at either the Downtown Library or the Jensen Lakes Library. Bring proof of residency (driver's license, utility bill, etc.) and for patrons under 18, please have your parent or guardian present.
- Online: Residents over 18 who have never had a library card can register online using our convenient Registration Form.
