Let's face it, over the next few weeks you likely will be eating much different than normal, especially the sweet stuff!
This is a great opportunity to pay more than the usual attention to your oral hygiene routine! here are some actions you can take to do just that:
1. consider adding mouthwash to your routine 2. set a timer for your brushing routine, 2 minutes minimum. 3. invest in an electric toothbrush 4. add an extra brushing session ( a third one) perhaps after lunch 5. set an alarm on your mobile device to nudge you to remember to carry out any of the above actions
