January 29: Seeing-Eye Guide Dog Anniversary
He may have been blinded by childhood accidents, but Morris Frank nevertheless possessed an inner vision to help the sight impaired through the vital work of guide dogs.
In his missive he stated that “Thousands of blind like me abhor being dependent on others. Help me and I will help them. Train me and I will bring back my dog and show people here how a blind man can be absolutely on his own."

Here's a neat trick to get them started.
TUNA WATER: What you need is a can of Tuna packed in water, a water bottle, a nylon stocking or cheese cloth, a container for the tuna, and a container to pour the water into.
1. Put the tuna in a container that you will be able to cover and keep in the refrigerator
2. Put at least 2 can of water into the bowl that you just poured the Tuna into, right with the Tuna
