Laurie's Gourmet Meat Loaf & Curried Cream Corn

If you've never liked meatloaf we think this recipe will change your mind!

Laurie's flavourful meatloaf is wrapped around a layer of shaved ham and grated mozzarella and then topped with a sweet and spicy glaze.

Serve with Southern Cream Style Corn or Curried Cream Corn (included).
