Hello St Albert!

So originally we were going to have in studio product pick up days. We have now officially closed the studios to the public.
Flattening the curve.

We will now have clients phone/text in your orders, pay by credit card and have curbside pick up on Friday mornings between 9-11 If this does not work please call myself and we can make other arrangements.

Please know, we are so grateful for our incredible clients and we will continue to update you on any changes that may be happening.

On that note, keep crushing your goals and continue to reach out to your health coach!!!
