I am very excited to be moving forward and back to Manitou Fitness 
Indoor Classes on Mon October 5th
with strict COVID-19 protocol as well as a New class design completely on the mat!
We can safely social distance 17 participants!
Aerosculpt Mon/Wed/Fri 9:15-10:45 am!
Payment will be monthly-1,2 of 3x a wk!
Restorative Yoga is a separate cost!
