Welcome to WildRoots Bistro, a culinary journey inspired by love, adventure, and a shared passion for food. Eleven years ago, in the heart of St. Albert, two young cooks fell madly in love. Their culinary adventures took them across Europe, where they discovered new flavours, techniques, and a deeper appreciation for the art of cooking.

Upon returning home, they continued to hone their skills and build their bond, working together in a local tapas bar for five years. Today, they're thrilled to share their love of food, cocktails, and coffee with their community.
